Deboning at DGS
One of the last steps within Meat Processing before your food product is either packed or further processed is the deboning of the meat. At DGS we develop several tailor-made solutions for efficient deboning of meat. It is important to us that your operators can work hygienically, flexibly and ergonomically.
Pace deboning
The ergonomic solutions of DGS for pace deboning are fully tailor-made to fit your current deboning chamber lay-out. The conveyor belt can be arranged in layers, so that the product can continue to be transported to the end of the deboning conveyor and the cuttings can easily be disposed of in crates on the bottom belt.
Table deboning
The operators stand at deboning tables and remove the meat from the conveyor belt, after which they perform the deboning at the table. After the meat has been processed, the waste can easily be deposited in crates at the sides of the table. The processed meat is then sent via another conveyor belt to logistics solutions such as a crate packing system or vacuum machines.
