Dehiding automation
Ergonomics and carcass quality are core values of our dehiding solutions. Our dehider solutions are optionally supplied with a hook unloader. This relieves the conveyor and slaughter hook to prevent the immense pressure put upon the hook by the dehider. To reduce the risk of fractures in the vertebrae, we install a stimulation arm. The stimulation is applied to the front of the carcass. A sterilisation unit for the stimulator is also integrated into the tailor-made solution.
iDrive and HydroDrive dehiding
Depending on what best suits your process, we offer two different types of dehiders. The standard version, the HydroDrive, uses hydraulic pistons. The iDrive version is the smart solution for dehiding. Another added benefit is that this version makes less noise, which makes for a more ergonomic working environment.
Offering hides for inspection
If you want to present hides for inspection, we supply additional conveyor systems. After the inspection, you can also use our conveyor systems to transport the hides to subsequent processes such as the cold store or hide laser.
