DGS packing line

DGS offers various packaging lines for partially or fully automating the packing process. With the high volume batcher, batches can be semi-automatically weighed at high speed. In this process, the respective product is fed in bulk to the batcher. The batcher then automatically weighs the desired amount, with the possibility of manual correction by an operator for large products, after which the product is automatically unloaded from the weighing bunker. This can be modularly expanded with options to also create soldier and layer packed packaging. Due to the smart setup of proven components, we can place the line in various existing buildings.
