Conveyortracks and -belts

As a result of our years of experience and extensive knowledge of the abattoir process, we know better than anyone what requirements a conveyor has to meet. Therefore, we have a wide range of different conveyor racks and belts that are all hygienic and easy to maintain. Due to the ease of maintenance, a long service life of our overhead conveyors and belt conveyor systems can be guaranteed. On request, these systems can also be supplied in a stainless steel version to make the line maintenance free and to ensure an even more hygienic process.

At DGS we offer various tracks, so that they always fit in with your current processes. A small selection of the many possibilities are:

• Tube track, the ideal solution for organ conveyors among others;
• Twin track;
• Bi-rail;
• Round bar, in both 1.5 inch and 2 inch versions;
• Flat rail;

Besides the tracks for overhead conveyor systems, we also supply various types of conveyor belts. We proactively assess how our tailor-made systems fit into your current operation and what function the belts have. Based on this and with the use of high quality systems, we are able to speed up your internal logistics during the slaughtering process, in the cold stores and the deboning, and during packaging and transport.
