Plucks hooks
At DGS we offer various hooks for transporting the individual organs and extremities. When these hooks are returned after the takeover point, they are cleaned by our steralisation units.
Offal belt conveyors
In addition to the hooks for the red organs, we also have belt conveyors of white organs for offering the offal. Both hooks and belts are synchronised so that the entire carcass is presented to the veterinary service simultaneously.
