DGS's various organ conveyors
Discover the efficiency of DGS’s organ conveyors. These systems are designed for seamless and automated transport of organs.
We offer various hooks for individual organs such as the heart and liver. For intestines, we provide organ belt conveyors, synchronized with the hooks for simultaneous presentation of the entire carcass to the veterinary service. Additionally, all our hooks are cleaned by sterilization units, ensuring optimal hygiene and safety.

Rail systems from DGS
DGS offers an extensive range of rail types compatible with every conveyor. This includes:
Galvanized steel tube tracks: available in 1.5″ and 2″ sizes, suitable for roller or slide hooks to move and support products.
Plastic tube tracks: available in 1.5″ and 2″ sizes, suitable for roller or slide hooks. These lightweight tube tracks offer a durable alternative for various loads.
Bi-Rail (Twin Track): specially designed for use with B20_B25 trolleys.
Flat Rail: developed for use with flat rail trolleys.
Our rail types can be customized to specific needs and requirements upon request. Additionally, we offer the option to supply all rails in stainless steel.
