Enough-food chooses DGS for logistic

In 2021, food tech company Enough started building the largest plant-based protein factory in the world. The new factory makes the high-quality protein source mycoprotein, which will be used for the production of meat substitutes. Global player Cargill will participate in this sustainable project as  supplier of the necessary raw materials.

DGS has been engaged by Enough for the construction of the logistics project within the factory. The big challenge here was to freeze the warm, incoming products in a fast and efficient way and place them in the horizontal freezer. This can be achieved by means of various logistics systems and robots.

As a total supplier, DGS will carry out this project entirely in-house for both the mechanical parts and total control of own and purchased parts. With the aim of total unburdening!

Agreement between DGS and Enough-Food

Recently, DGS and Enough reached an agreement that allows us to start the installation of the project in the summer of 2022. As DGS, we are proud to contribute to a sustainable replacement for meat.
