Robust platforms for slaughterhouses
DGS offers a comprehensive range of platforms for a safe and ergonomic workplace within slaughterhouses. Choose from fixed platforms, pneumatic, or hydraulic lift platforms. Our platforms are designed with attention to the employee, including railings at strategic points for maximum safety and comfort. They are made of high-quality stainless steel with removable plastic grates for easy cleaning. Additionally, they withstand heavy loads and intensive use due to their robust design, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation.
Fixed platforms for stability
Our fixed platforms consist of a frame with safety railings and a removable plastic grate floor. Optionally, we offer a concrete floor from Kieserling for additional stability, especially suitable for larger-sized platforms.
The contaminated water is collected in a specially designed base plate with an integrated drainage point. A drain pipe is provided with one central drainage point, allowing this system to be connected to the sewage system with just one drainage line.

Lift platforms
Our pneumatic and hydraulic lift platforms are ergonomic and versatile. Both variants feature a frame with safety railings and a removable plastic grid floor. The platform levels are adjustable using air cylinders (pneumatic) or a hydraulic cylinder. Level adjustment can be done with built-in foot-operated switches.
The platform can be equipped with sanitary accessories such as apron showers, knife sterilization bins, and tool sterilization bins. Additionally, we offer anti-contamination belts to minimize the spread of bacteria. To ensure maximum safety, fall protection is available.

Anti-contamination belts are an efficient solution for maintaining hygiene and safety during slaughter in abattoirs. These stainless steel conveyor belts, mounted at the front of the workspace, prevent contamination of the platforms by rejected carcasses.
