Since February 1, 2026, the new location of DGS has opened in Loudéac, France.

Since its founding 12 years ago, DGS has become an important partner for both large and smaller companies in the food processing industry across Europe. With a strong home base primarily in the Northern European countries, expanding our service area into France is a new but also logical step in our growth strategy.

DGS stands for knowledge and experience, quality and robustness, pragmatism, and above all, passion. These core values are what we also want to offer to French companies, specifically in the Brittany and Grand Ouest regions.

That is why we have chosen to establish a local presence in Loudéac, from where we can serve customers efficiently and quickly. We specifically chose Loudéac as a base because of its central location and the network of local companies that complement DGS’s manufacturing processes and services. And most importantly, there is a strong connection between the meat processing companies in the region and Loudéac.

The recent closure of the Marel branch in Loudéac was therefore rather unpleasant news for many companies.

DGS addresses the need of companies in the immediate area for a nearby, active, and competent partner for service, modifications, new projects, and spare parts, all at a very attractive price/quality ratio.

As you may expect from DGS, we will pay great attention to the opening of the office and workshop once we are fully set up in the coming days.
